The Consultation:-
Is given to establish what the individual's requirements are, their lifestyle, both their physical and emotional well-being and their energy levels.
These points help to determine any deficiencies in the individual's existing diet and results in an uncomplicated however in-depth recommendation of nutritious foods and gradual changes in eating and cooking regimes.
